"The Canopy of Color," A New Poem By Chaya Klein

The Canopy of Color

Strolling down the leaf-strewn pathway,
Engulfed in color, this way and that way.

The sky, covered with blossoms so bold,
All that can be seen are pinks, greens, and gold.

A canopy of hues, with the sun peeking in,
Fills me with joy, causing me to grin.

The vibrant shades reflect on all that’s below,
Tinting all of my surroundings with a serene glow.

The beauty overwhelms me as I marvel at this sight,
Its glory so astounding, it brings me such delight.

A wonder like this is hard to forget,
Those marvelous colors, the best I’ve seen yet.
